Services to address driving risk for adults with a wide variety of disabilities and conditions. We offer comprehensive driving evaluations followed by training for adaptive technologies, strategies, and tools for improved safety and independence behind the wheel. We also work with older drivers who are facing the challenge of declining driving skills and the possibility of driving retirement. Our goal is to ensure you can remain independent and engaged with your community and valued daily activities for as long as possible.

Services to assist clients to age safely and independently in their homes and remain in their communities-of-choice for as long as possible. We offer home safety evaluations, equipment recommendations and training, self-care interventions, and family and caregiver education.

Additional skilled occupational therapy services individualized on a case-by-case basis. May include self-care intervention, dementia-specific interventions for clients and their families, equipment recommendations, community mobility training, and so much more!
